- Do you accept returns?
- Yes. All returns will be accommodated if you contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item. (the 24 hour time period begins from the exact time USPS tracking displays "DELIVERED"). Buyer must contact us for return shipping address. All returns will receive a refund WITHIN 12-24 HOUR from return delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If the hat doesn't fit or I want a different design, do you accept exchanges?
- Yes. Same policy as returns above, but an additional shipping fee is also required.
- I'm interested in buying a hat, but I'm not sure I trust this website.
- Your trust is key to great business. You may send us an email at any time, and I can send you an eBay account for feedback.
- Where do you ship from?
- We ship ALL orders from the Bay Area, California.
- I'm interested in a hat, but you're all out of sizes!
- No problem! Send me an e-mail, telling me what size and design you want. If you're willing to pay ahead of time, I can place a custom order for you. Total transit and time process takes about 7 to 11 days.
- How do you ship?
- I ship all orders via USPS First Class Parcel Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- I would like to have my package delivered by Express Mail. How do I purchase Express services?
- Please send me an email immediately. We could work out a transaction through email and I can send you an invoice. EMS to the United States is $29.99.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
